Ankle felt okay but foot felt like hammered @$$. Calling it a day today. I'm too close to the start line to push this thing and make it worse. Just have to depend on my training up to this point.

Morning was hot, humid, and still. An awful run combination for me. This run was supposed to be 14 miles (last long run) but I stepped on a lugnut left behind by a careless truck driver and have managed to jack up my right foot and ankle something fierce.
