2.5 to track and return-warm up and warm down. .5 at track. 1 miles time trail on track 6:53:26. winded last lap. first 1:40. still sluggish.

monon center - warm up - them 10 50's = 500 total = to simulate Sunday's Tri - monon is yards, race pool is meters, did 500 yards since closer to 400 meters... did some training drills and easy paced swimming afterwards.
Time not reflective of ride - stopped at a lot of traffic lights - good hills on route - stay off main east of keystone=too damn narrow and cars not friendly. solid ride on hills - flats both against and with wind. hr felt good. bike legs felt strong. (needed to get home to take Paddy to soccer-otherwise I would have kept riding) good ride to get the cobwebs dusted off before Sunday's Tri.
