another EZ - walked 1 min then ran EZ. legs felt ok today.
1m w/u, then 3 poles fast, 2 poles easy, final mile steady. run felt good. what's up with rt side of back??

No swim today = felt tired/slept. side still hurts? thought I'd ride the bike tonight - but when sat on bike at lunch (going to air tires and put on car rack) - as soon as I stretched out on the hoods - shooting pain across rt side/back. That's what's been bothering me - ok when I run/stand up - hurts when I sit.......it must stem from last Thursday's bike ride? or from sitting in cat two days last week ----and bike made things worse...Now that I have a clue what caused pain - I should be able to re-hab things better......I can run/swim - just lay off bike until pain mitigates.....

Planned REST for tomorrow's HM. woke up to sharp pain, rt side, on rib cage, above kidney but below shoulder...sore Wed/Thurs in same spot, but today the pain level went from a 1-2 to an 8-9. not sure what's up??
