No swim today = felt tired/slept. side still hurts? thought I'd ride the bike tonight - but when sat on bike at lunch (going to air tires and put on car rack) - as soon as I stretched out on the hoods - shooting pain across rt side/back. That's what's been bothering me - ok when I run/stand up - hurts when I sit.......it must stem from last Thursday's bike ride? or from sitting in cat two days last week ----and bike made things worse...Now that I have a clue what caused pain - I should be able to re-hab things better......I can run/swim - just lay off bike until pain mitigates.....

Next Saturday is Indy Mini. week summary: last night Astro died = big bummer = my doggy for 14.5 years. Rt side middle of my back still sore - ok standing up/running - hurts sitting down/chair or car. Hurts sitting on a bike - reason I have not biked this week. Do not want to aggravate until after Mini - after mini - plan to ride/swim only for a week or two. If still hurts will see doc. weight keeps going up/down - but mostly up. suspect due to being in a "taper" mode for 3 weeks - 2 mini's two weeks apart.
