BRICK. Due to work change had to shorten it to 1 hour ride and kept the run the same. Trainer as well so figure I got a decent effort in 90 degrees by the end.
Avg speed 17.7 mph on trainer
Run after with Slammer hot and muggy.

Morning Run with Slammer, tried to make it a 5k but I guess I shortened up the course a bit on the return
Was supposed to be 6x500. Did ok first 500 then kind of fell apart and couldn't stay in the groove. Elbow started bothering me mid way through 3 500 and after the 4th just felt spent so called it. Guessing I'm just tired but not happy with myself on it.
