Plan called for 1:30 ride with keeping cadence in +90 and HR in Z2. Wasn't as concerned about speed as I'm trying to actually follow plan. Apparently I need to find some good rides/routes so I can better estimate my time. I did keep the cadence up but I didn't have auto stop on so cadence looks low due to stop lights etc.

Good workout, trainer is still ooutside so heat is an issue went through two water bottles and 1 GU
1.5 mile run after bike workout with the dog. Man it's hot out
