Wasn't able to do the 8 minutes in Zone 5a, I got like 2 minutes in and couldn't sustain.
Worked a half day so figured get one of my longer rides in for the week. I did not get up and run even though I was awake and heard my phone reminder, need to get better at that.

WU: 400 swim then 6x50 on 15" rest.
MS: 15x100 @T-pace - 5". Your rest is 15".
Good workout for me, kept all my 100's at or under 1:40. Not really sure what race pace will be but add a wetsuit with a current I'll be happy.
Flex time ride, could be up to 2:30 according to plan, weather looked iffy this morning so I jumped on the trainer for the length of a movie. Avg speed 17.1
