Changed up swim workout after recommendation from a tri friend. Did 400 doing freestyle 50 and sidestroke 25 with no rest in under 10 minutes. His recommendation was active recovery rather than stopping and resting. Did another 100, rest, then another 100, rest, then 400 just like the first.
