Finally I am feeling better about my weight. Even though I only had a couple days off after 5430 I was really starting to feel like shit. Starting up the crunches again has tightened things up a bit and I weighed myself after practice today and I am still at 185 according to that scale. Even if it is off, I have been weighing in at 185 (give or take a pound) for a good while now so at least I know I haven't gained. Still would like to get down to 175.
I really, really want October to be here. I can do all the training I want but it doesn't feel like I am in or close to IM mode, since I am not on a structured program. But it's coming and I can't wait for it to get here.

Ran yesterdays route backwards. This time the hills were in the last two miles.

I'll run after work. I had my alarm set for 8, then 9, then it turned into 10. Knee felt a little tight while I was sleeping so I thought extending the rest would be a good idea. Also, soon I won't have the luxury of being able to sleep in late on Tuesday's and Thursday's for two reasons. 1. Come October IM trainig will start. 2. I'm really hoping for a new job. Let's pray that the latter comes first!
On a sad and disappointing note, the Eagles released Jeremiah Trotter. He was my favorite Eagle. I'm bummed.

First 2 miles were large hills. Damn, this probably would have been sub-8's if it weren't for those dang hills. Oh well. Let's just keep this consistent.
Good God, it feels like I've gained 15 pounds since last Sunday. I hate this feeling.
Let's see if I can run every day this week, even if just 30 minutes a day. Doesn't have to be fast.
