I was takin another crack at the 8 min FTP test. Still crushed me, even after I dropped the FTP to 225. I felt like the back tire was slipping and then I realized after I stopped that the ride sucked bc I did not push the tire into the trainer properly and it was not secure. Oh well, lets get a few more rides in and give it a crack next week.

Also, my new saddle will be here by then, that will be a game changer.
