Long Day (Did not push it)

MS: 1x1750 RPE 2-3
WD: 4x50 Descend
ENT today, found out that I can't work out for two hours after I get shots, looks like those days just became my off/short days.
Got the swim in today. I felt good, but I didn't push it. Stayed at a nice comfortable, steady pace throughout entire swim. 1750 took 26mins and change.

Had some running around to do before work, so I just wanted to get some sort of a workout in.
Cervelo is in the shop, the rear derailleur is jumping. They told me thats its just need to be adjusted, no big deal but I'm nervous about racing on Saturday.

Ran around Harrison, Mammaroneck, Rye, home. Slow pace RPE 2-3.
Swam a 1000yd TT. WU was only 100 so I was not real loose yet when I started but I felt pretty good.
Felt a bit sluggish today but I slept like crap. It was good to get the workouts in this morning.
