Bike Fit. Cheking the new saddle. There are many perks to working in a bike shop one of which is constant adjustments and fit sessions.
I have to say that it all caught up with me today. From the 20 hours of OT last week, going out on Saturday night for a belated suprise birthday party, doing most of my regular training and hitting Harriman 2 out of the last 3 days took its toll. Absolutly fatigued.
Was going to do a LS run, but I just didnt have it. They say that all you have to do is take the first step, well I did that for 3 miles and was like a zombie. Better to rest and have a good week of training and working then kill myself today.

Greenwich Y SUCKS
This morning I got up early and went to swim at the Greenwich Y as my pool is still closed. When I got there and saw the pool, it totally killed my workout. It was 20 yds and it sisnt even have lanes. You had to follow a black painted line on the floor of the pool. It was miserable.
Then, I went for a ride. Very windy. I will even say that the wind was "epic." It was about 20 MPH and it seemed like a headwind the whole time especially up the hill. A few spots by the water and other areas had gusts that literally blew me to the other lane. On the second lap my L knee started to hurt and I did the 3rd lap and I probably shouldnt have. Anyway, not what I wanted but At least I was there riding. Got to give my knee a rest and maybe get my fit checked.
