Early morning run with ETB! we got to run one of my favorite running routes, complete with some hills. Good run--felt pretty good until we went down the hills--shins are still tender from Sunday. Yowza! But i love starting the day this way, and spring in fayetteville is hard to beat! (ps, I am so air-headed lately that I forgot to start my watch AND when I did it was still in bike mode---I think this is where we came out)
