Rough run but got it done- arch was acting up at mike 5 of hills- 3 miles from the Y- freaked out a bit but the pain lessened to just intermittent twinges of discomfort- staying off the steep hills helped, but it kept me off my favorite running route. Felt good to knock it out, but spent the rest of the day recovering. I always get to this point in training when I pray to just get to the finish line and then I will stop running, but afterwards, that is never enough for me!
