Well another early start and jumped on the trainer for 45mins, cranked up the gears for hard quad workout and loved it. Sweat pours off me doing the trainer and when I do get on the track/road it's so much easier! Unclipping/clipping in is easy, now just got to do it on the track - Saturday is the day for that.
Tonight should be running - only 30mins scheduled but may do a 10km instead! I love the run from my house along the beach to the pier and back and it's dead on 10km.
Swim squad last night was awesome. Worked hard, lots of arm and leg drills resulting in inevitable cramp by the end - but considering I've had no bananas and no milk all week really it's no surprise (and too much wine...)
