a good training day - the Sufferfest Revolver is a great workout if anyone is looking at trying an interval 45mins. I was sweating bullets!
Swim squad - phew same old - new drill involving swimming freestyle holding a tennis ball in each hand - bloody hard! But you really like your hands when you go back to normal freestyle. Got lots of technique correction which i love - Coach johnny you gotta learn it's all about me! :)
