Last glass of wine was a mistake last night.  It's 7.20am and I need to go run 10km (actually should be more like 13 but not sure I can do that!) It's currently 1 degree out there so it's gonna blow the cobwebs away (and hopefully the hangover too!)

Well very impressed with myself upped the run to 13km it was frosty at minus 1 degrees!  The ocean was flat - will post a pic on the manatee thread.  Bumped into my neighbour Tara and dog Rosie - threw a stick on the beach for Rosie for at least 5 mins!  Bumped into Liam from squad who kindly gave me a jelly baby!  It wasn't a fast run, it wasn't pretty but it's done - hangover cure!  Starving now though.

Well clearly I've not ridden since Cairns HIM about a month ago - I did 30mins on the drainer on Wednesday, I've just done 1 hour, no way I can do more!  I think I need to reacquaint myself with this riding thing!  So this week I will try and get on there more!  Stuff the plan I just need to get on with it!  I'm not supposed to ride tomorrow but I think before my run I'll do a 30min spin.  My butt is sooooo sore!

Disappointingly slow but it's a hilly course and first time i've attempted four laps in my lunchbreak - reckon I could do it faster.  I stuck with a 2:1 run/walk.  Last lap was a lot quicker - took a while to warm up it's a cold day.

On another note my daughter is at the emergency room can't move her arm after a 'playground' incident.  She's a daredevil stands to reason she'll break something eventually!  Watch this space for an update after X ray - wonder how long my husband will be stuck there - 3 hours seems standard these days!

So swim squad was awesome and I also did my first Pilates class today - 1 hour spent on increasing strength and flexibility in my calfs, hammies and shoulders - i am gonna hurt tomorrow.

so tomorrow - I plan on running at lunchtime and cycle on the drainer in the evening.  i'm not in the mood but it has to be done.

Weekend plans - a long ride (1 hour 45) and a long run (1 hour) - not sure where or when but that's gotta happen.
