40lb shoulder press X 4 min. About 70 reps
4 min rest
45lb hang power cleans X 4 min. About 60 reps.
1 rest period: 15 squats per WOD.

WOD was cut in half for time. Did shoulder press machine to keep it easy on my shoulder. Tried 60lb at first, but shoulder would not tolerate. Was supposed to be 115lb.
Cleans were supposed to be 215lb. Kept it just to bar to get form down and keep from over-exerting myself. Good workout overall.
