I am working hard to stay motivated. Must....make....it....through....TRI....season! I think it must be because of the OLY coming up in 10 days. Yeah, my nerves are already shot. I think I am ready for the distance, but my fear of OWS seems to keep sneaking in, giving me doubts. I have spent several sessions out at Lake Mead, trying to shake this overwhelming fear, but it doesn't seem to cure it. Maybe if I were practicing with a few hundred people all in a really big hurry to finish, that would help. I have contemplated downgrading to the Sprint. After all, a sprint is a whole lot of fun! I can do the distances, I am getting better at them to where I could actually start to compete for a podium spot. I know I feel great after the race! ARGHHH! What to do?!
