0820 - I'm pretty sure we're gonna have to reschedule our usual OWS today...it's in the 40's outside and the water is between 59 and 61 degrees, depending on where you are, and there are 5 to 8 foot waves coming in today.  BRRRRRRRRRR!!  Sure, the cold water swimming is good prep for CdA, but unless there is some sort of "event", there will not be 8 foot waves on Lake CdA when we swim it.  I will swim with Pete tonight though at LA Fitness, after I train my 530 client that I had to reschedule from yesterday.

The last time I did this workout, back in October 2009, it took me almost 29 minutes. This time it was 3 minutes faster! Yay for a big PR on a tough workout! I almost threw up during the burpees and during the DB swings. Gotta love it!

1750 - Changed my mind...going to the gym to get a little pump on before I head to my evening appointment.

1510 - Rest day today.  Not feeling well.  Besides, my right hamstring is really sore from my long run on Sunday.  I will get back to it tomorrow. 

1045 - Some good news may happen tonight.  Keep your fingers crossed!!

Another awesome spin class with Denise. I'm super thrilled with her classes...she better NEVER leave the gym. :)

Mostly hill and standing work today...a few jumps. Good stuff as usual.

1530 - Got alot done today...had to move my business account out of Bank of America...three fraud incidents in 2 weeks with them.  UGH.  Of course they refunded me, but I can't understand how they can't just make it stop.  Close the account and reopen it or whatever.  It was NOT debit card fraud, it was coming directly out of my account with my debit card in my wallet.  I never use my business debit card, so someone must have hacked my account.  I'm done with them. 
           Brian and I ran lots of errands today too, and of course I did spin class this morning...so it's been a productive day.  Boot camp tonight!  YAY!

Just a nice easy ride with good friends. No time constraints, no goals, just get out and ride. I haven't been on my bike in 4 months. I was not about to go out and go crazy. We just had a nice time and laughed and talked and enjoyed the day. Well...after it wasn't so cold. It started out pretty chilly and cloudy.

Weekly massage with Cory. No specific focus today, just a nice relaxing massage.

Tonight's Bikram class was my best so far. I stuck every posture and even improved on the ones I've been pretty good at. Of course I still can't do Eagle the correct way, but I did it better than last week, that's what matters. I even got both hands up in prayer on Toe Stand tonight and I stayed in Standing Bow longer than any previous night. Yay me!!

1415 - Been running around doing errands and stuff today.  Got some more of the car repairs taken care of too. I will update later on.  I think I'm gonna skip my speedwork session today and do it tomorrow.  The rest of today is about relaxation...I had a massage and I'm gonna do Bikram tonight and then eat some yummy food.  Back to work tomorrow.
