Had a nice relaxing hot stone massage. My first in about 9 years. Good stuff.

Bikram was very focused for me. After the day I had I really needed to purge my bad emotions and stress. It must have worked cuz I did toe stand, Padangustasana, on both sides and stayed in the posture the entire time. Yay me.

My chiro said that I hardly needed adjustment at all...this is good! Looks like the massage and yoga is all paying off.

My weekly massage with Cory. Really needed it today after my adjustment just to feel totally aligned. It was good.

2030 - No workout today...but I did get a massage...so that's a good thing...and an adjustment.  I am definitely exhausted like nobody's business.  UGH.  Early bed for me tonight...like now.

1300 - Wow, busy day today...like stupidbusy.  Started at 0730 with a client, then off to Snap for Boot Camp and then a client after it...followed by an assessment.  Now I'm just waiting for my chiropractor appointment and then I've got another private client.  From there it's back to Tampa for a massage at 5, followed by the initial meeting for the Ragnar Relay in November.  When that's over, it's off to the track to do some 800's with my running buddy Michael.  When I'm done with today, I swear I'm gonna collapse into nothingness.

Spin class with Denise...lots of standing and climbing today...my legs nearly gave out. This is my last bike before Umstead. Just one more run tomorrow...and the rest of the week is swimming and resting.

1215 - Busy day today!!  Got lots on the schedule.  Did spin class this morning, then my athlete schedules, now I'm off to go get some stuff for boot camp, I have a client at 2pm, and boot camp at 7.  In between I will get caught up on bills and stuff.  LOTSA stuff to do today!  I will feel better once I'm caught up on errands and stuff tho.
              Umstead is only 5 days away!!  FIVE DAYS!!! HOLY HELL!!  My progress will be updated on crossfitq.blogspot.com if anyone wants to keep up with me.  Brian (or whoever has the computer at the time) will update as I come thru on each lap.  We start on March 27th at 6am...stay tuned!!

1300 - So...it seems that fate does NOT want me to do this 13 mile run.  It rained last time we tried, and it rained today.  I'm taking the hint and just skipping it.  I think I will go to the gym and do some yoga though...and maybe run on the treadmill for a couple miles...but it's so boring to run on the treadmill unless I'm doing some sort of CF workout.  No CF and no lifting this week at all.  Low impact stuff until Wed and then nothing Thurs and Fri.

2030 - I'm just NOW blogging for today...did my 2 hour spin, then worked til 6, then ran errands, and then ate, and then put laundry in...finally just NOW able to sit down and blog.  UGH...what a long busy day...but hey...it was money and I sold a whole lot of stuff today...plus I got my employee purchase plan set up today, so I can buy lots of shoes REAL cheap!! YAY ME!!!

1100 - I am a totally lazy bum today.  I slept until 1030.  My body is tired so I guess I really needed the extra sleep.  Not much on the schedule today, just a swim, a private client session, and boot camp.  Other than that, I'm gonna go down to Feet First to talk about the running clinics I'm gonna be doing there.  This should help boost my client base.  Gotta watch last night's Flash Forward at some point today too.

2310 - Today was a busy long work day...it's been a while since I've had one of those.  Good stuff though.  I actually made money...imagine that!  Now that I'm actually getting paid for assessments (it's only 5 bux per assessment, but it's better than nothing) I can actually not hate having to drive 30 miles each way. 
           Things are finally looking up.  Well, marginally...but slightly up is better than nothing...well, unless you're talking about running.
