Morning run #1 this week. Beautiful weather...and I even saw a couple of dolphins frolicking in the water as I ran down Bayshore. Very enjoyable run this morning.

P90X Phase 3 begins today. Chest and back with Ab Ripper X tonight. Good workout...I feel like I turned it up a bit this time. I did way more reps this time than I did the first few times we did this workout.

Work has been stressful lately. My right quad hurts. My right IT band hurts. I'm fatigued beyond belief...both mentally and physically. I pretty much took this entire weekend off to try to get myself back to life. I leave for my cruise this week. Even so, I'm gonna make up the workouts from last week before I go, and I'll be training while on vacation. Lots of swimming and running. I even have a shore excursion that includes a 3 hour bike ride.
