First ride on the new bike! With the Assaults, this bike felt like a rocket! I can't wait to race it. Just a nice flat ride (a fair bit of wind though) so I could see what I've got.
21mph was no effort at all. SWEET.
1000 - I slept for 10 hours last night. I seem to be needing a lot of rest these days. I know a lot of it has to do with the fact that I am on my feet all day, almost every day, but still...I always feel so tired. It's not like I don't take a million energy supplements every frickin' day so I don't know what's keeping me on these tiredness streaks.
In other news...today I go pick up the new bike! It will need a name of course, but I guess I need to post a picture of it first. I will take care of that once my fit is done and I pick it up from Outspokin'.

WOD 1
For time:
50 left hand DB snatch
50 right hand DB snatch
Total time - 4:58
I did these in sets of 10 each hand.
WOD 2
5-4-3-2-1 reps barbell snatch, increase weight on each set
5 reps at 75#
4 reps at 85#
3 reps at 95#
2 reps at 105#
1 rep at 115#
I tried a 125 twice but failed both times. 115 is a PR though.
