I still have the ear infection but it feels a little better today. My ear doesn't feel as clogged. Hopefully working out today will help it clear up. I'm gonna sit in the sauna for a while too. Maybe the heat will help. I think tonight I will probably do the peroxide treatment so I can help it clear up.

Unilateral static hold DB press (2 x 35) 10 reps
DB hammer curls (2 x 30) 8 reps
Pike press (half handstand pushups) 6 reps
Run 400 after last set.

Just a nice easy run before work. Didn't wanna work too hard and spend all my energy before having to work an 11 hour day. Plus I'm going out tonight so I don't wanna sleep thru dinner!

I rode up to the gym (about 4.9 miles) and then back after the workout. I almost puked on the ride home since I was so spent from doing the CF workout. Definitely a good workout today.
