I only got out of bed at 1245pm today.  This infection has spread to my throat and stomach.  I feel like crap.  I am taking a full-on rest day...not even gonna take a shower, just rest.  Bed all day.

I still have the ear infection but it feels a little better today.  My ear doesn't feel as clogged.  Hopefully working out today will help it clear up.  I'm gonna sit in the sauna for a while too.  Maybe the heat will help.  I think tonight I will probably do the peroxide treatment so I can help it clear up.

I have an ear infection.  It's making my left ear ring and hurt.  My throat is also very sensitive on the left side where my ear drains.  Eating hot or cold food makes it hurt.  I will take some Tylenol but I have no antibiotics so it'll have to run its course for now.
