Worst. Race. Ever.
This time includes the 40 minutes I spent in Medical at Mile 10. Unbelievable challenges today. Sick and puking at Mile 4. Locked up legs. 88 degree heat. Not enough food. BAD DAY.

Last run before the big day!! I felt great! No big effort to run this pace and the last mile was at 652 pace!! I'm ready. Let's do this.

Walked on the beach with Bri...coarse wet sand made for an interesting walk, it was quite resistive. It's not like sand in Florida that, when wet, gets all packed down and easy to walk on. This was like walking thru fresh snow...wet or dry it was the same surface. We walked about 1.2 miles.

First run since the "disaster".
My goal was just to run at a nice pace, not get out of breath, and see where I am.
I don't think it was too bad. I ran 10 minutes south on Bayshore and went 1.21 miles. The return 10 minutes netted me 1.27 miles so I'm cool with a little negative split there.
Friday's run will be 30 minutes at a more tempo-ish pace so hopefully a more capable-looking time will result.
