1 x 100, 200, 300, 400, 500
Did one final 100 for time ....... 1:24.80!!! ...... oh hell yeah!! Broke one of my short term goals. I felt REALLY fast for the first 50, started to really fade the last 25.

General aerobic run. Looks like I'm in for some early mornings! I've got up to 13 mile runs during the weekdays as the plan runs on. That's gonna be tough ....
Plus I'm pushing the pace a little in the training. I'll be keeping my long days in check, but these day to day runs I'm trying to stay fairly decent in the pace (for me).

Medium-long run (7:36 - 8:36 pace).
Started off in the pouring rain, oh well, you do what you have to. Was not raining towards the end, but I was pretty pooped ....
