General aerobic run. Looks like I'm in for some early mornings! I've got up to 13 mile runs during the weekdays as the plan runs on. That's gonna be tough ....

Plus I'm pushing the pace a little in the training. I'll be keeping my long days in check, but these day to day runs I'm trying to stay fairly decent in the pace (for me).

Shooting for strong finish at NCR Trail Marathon and using the Baltimore one as a long run training day (six weeks out from NCR).

Taking another rest day. Planned on geting up to get to the pool but even though we kept Aiden up all day yesterday, he STILL kept waking up all night. What's it going to take to get him to sleep more than an hour or two at a time at night????
