General Aerobic
Out and back to I-95. Tried to keep it even pacing and not over-work it. Did okay with that I think. Nothing hurt on the run.

Taking a rest day. I haven't done a lot of volume this week, but the intensity has been high on each workout and I'm feeling it right now. Taking the day off to rest the bones. Foot feels good with no twinges, so hopefully that whole mess is over with.
Lawyer meeting went well I think. She seems to be a lot more in tune with the litigation side and will probably file a counter-suit to them and hopefully we can get this resolved quickly. At $225 per hour it costs too damn much to fight over the money!!
Should be getting the 999's today. I'll be swinging over to the shop after I have my court date for the speeding ticket I got a few months ago. I'm hoping for "probabtion before judgement" since it has been over 7 years since I had a ticket. We'll see ................
And last night Mir asked me if I could maybe find her a small running race to do and create a training plan for her for it!! Gonna take a look at a few "couch to 5k" plans out there and see if any of these will work for her.

General Aerobic
Did one of the big loops around the hood at a decent pace to see how the foot held up. Seems to be okay for right now. It has been later on in the day that it has bothered me other times, so we'll see how it goes.

Out and back to Rt. 1 via Gorman Rd. Plan was to take it easy and relax and have an short cruise. But then you get going and the average is still over 20 ......
Legs were a bit tired hammering up some of the rollers. But it felt good to get out there and put some miles on the TCR. Good average for the kind of route it is.
w/u - 300 sw, 6 x 75 (50 build, 25 B-3, :15 rest)
Main set:
8 x 50 descend 2-2-2-2 (:15 rest)
4 x 75 kick (:15 rest)
2 x 200 T-Pace (:20 rest) - 3:28, 3:36 for splits
8 x 25 - odds build, evens fast (:35 swim interval)
c/d - 150 easy
Stress level is high because wife's family is in town and it makes her all stressed out, which then makes me all stressed out. That and working late means happy times are had by all .......
Well ....... good news is that my 999's should be in by friday (with Ti skewers even!!) can't wait to give those a whirl. I may not BE fast, but I'll LOOK fast! ;)

Woke up for my run and was feeling my foot and while it doesn't hurt at all to walk, the tendon is still sore when you press on it. So I'll take the day off from running today. That means I have to try and squeeze a trainer ride in this evening since I may have to work late.
I'm really going to be under-prepared for both the sprint and Eagleman. The sprint because I do not have the explosive bike speed I need and my running is definitely falling off with the lack of training ability. And for Eagleman I just don't have the volume in my legs to ride 56 miles well. I wasn't going into it thinking I was going to have a blazing time, but now I'm probably just approaching it with a goal just to have a smart race and definitely have fun. I am trying to take something from my Boston experience where it is not just about how fast you can be, but enjoying the event and the race.
Still at work, no workout tonight that's for sure ...... oh well .......

Out and back to Triadelphia's circle again (same route as last ride). Average in the last 6 miles or so went up a whole mph to get the 21. So I must have been hammering around 24 or 25 to get it to go up! Wore my Team Gu stuff. ;)

200 sw
Main set:
4 x 75 moderate (:15 rest)
4 x 50 (:15 rest)
4 x 100 (:20 rest)

Arms were tired today, felt like form was down a notch because of that.

Easy ride on the Columbia course. Ended up not being any one group, but a lot of smaller individual groups. I started the ride with about 5 other people and ended up getting separated with one other guy and we rode the whole way together (more or less). Nice guy with a new P2K that he was getting used to, so was a little nervous on it. But keeping him within range behind me kept the pace nice and easy the whole time. HRM was freaking out for about the first 15 minutes of the ride, so the averages are off.
