Ran from the race sight on the dirt road up to Bailey. Started rough, but good run in the end.
Did the Xterra race course - while the racers were out on the bike course. Felt good, a little tight on the first loop, but good on the 2nd. Sighting perfect and swam straight.

Track workout. 1.5 mile WU then 8x400 at 1:33. Had fun, but my knee and hip were bothering me after 6 of them, so I backed off a bit after that.
800 WU SKPS
Ladder 600/ 500/ 400/ 300/ 200/ 100 T-Pace with 100 Kick between - no rest, but kick was recovery. (all below 1:30 pace per 100)
CD 200 easy

HILLY course. The typical minidouble route with nice climbs. Not 100% sure, but I don't think I've ever done this route in under 2 hours - so GOOD ride! the climbs are each almost exactly 20 minutes, so it worked well with the 3x20 min at tempo watts.
OKOKOK, I have not been very good on BT lately. Every evening I say I'm going to update everything, but every evening I am exhausted and just go to bed! I think getting up to open the pool at 5AM a few days a week is killing my mojo :)
Anyway, THANKS everyone for all of the support this weekend! It was SOOOO cool to have so many cheering faces near the finish line. I think this was the SWEETEST podium I've ever had :)
