Track workout - 300's with 100 walking recoveries. First 3 near 7' pace, second 3 well below :)

With Alex. This route included LOM, which we did in 36 minutes- NOT BAD for a 10 year old!!!
Hilly trail run from the house. Progressive- first 2 miles Z1-2 then 2 in Z3 and one in Z4/ LT then last mile EASY CD Did this with Chris and Jake and turned around twice for them on the last few miles.
Track workout. Good short but hard workout. 300's progressive... all at 65" time doesn't include recoveries.
