Easy, Comfortable 7 Miler
In order to meet my goals for the month, I had to go out and run today. It wasn't super-easy today- my legs are still sore in the hamstrings. Not sure if it's from the bike or the yard work I did over the weekend, but in any case, they were stiff. Toward the end of the run, it started feeling good though...
Good times. Still think it's great that I can just go out and run a 7.5 miler! Gotta keep that up!

MS Bike Tour (Century Distance)
Flew this year with the fast Omniture guys for most of the ride. Probably would have been even faster if I had raced the entire ride -- instead, decided to hang back and ride 25 of the miles with my wife (who did the 75 miler!!-- awesome!)... Not sad about that at all. It was great being able to ride with my wife! Still, a very respectable ride time. Sure there's a couple of rest stops in there I didn't count (3 I stopped at to be exact), but it wouldn't have mattered. When you're fast, you're fast :) And when you're riding with a group and can draft, it's just going to happen if and when you can stick with them. Even had a few great strong 25 mph + pulls. Loved it yet again. Definitely love the bike.

Fast Mill Run
Good fast-paced warmup on the treadmill today. Purposely pushed myself harder today, and after the first mile or so, it started feeling good. Love that.
