Nice Ride - Weather was relatively nice this morning so I went for a ride. Took about the same course as Saturday's ride, but pushed a little harder since I was solo. Didnt do too bad considering I still held back quite a bit. Felt good. Time to start increasing my distance ;)

Group Brick - Did a bike ride in the morning followed up with a nice little run. Met up with a couple of people for the ride, and made an impromptu decision to follow it up with a run after. The ride was tough in parts (first ride on my bike outdoors this season). Definitely going to need to work on climbing/hills to get stronger. Felt fast and great on the flats.
Run after Bike - Just a nice, easy, conversation paced run to get the brick effect in this workout. actually felt great to get out on foot after the ride to loosen up everything. Plus it was great to have a conversation with someone new. I dont get many opportunities to workout with others, so it was a nice change of pace.
