OMG perfect day (76 degrees, Sunny, no wind). Quads, especially my left were VERY sore fof first 10 mins then were fine and I didn't notice them. Would have loved to go another couple hrs but am trying to stick to the recovery plan.

Beautiful out. Recovery is very typical. HR elevated 7-8 beats, lower back slightly tight, left quad a little sore. Other than that, right on track.
