One Step at a Time...

This is what I will probably stick with for quite some time. I don't have much of a reason to go further right now, as I have zero swimming races for several months. I think I'll keep doing this quick little workout and playing a game with myself to see how fast I can do it. Since adding more upper body workouts and CF, I feel much stronger in the pool, so let's see if that shows in my times.
Intervals on tready at gym.
1/2 mile warm up
4 X 3/4 mile at Z5 w/2:30 between
1/4 mile WD
Fracking hard, but it's supposed to be.
21:01 Good workout at gym. I really like it when the whole family goes. Special times....really. Conor at karate, Erin in glider, Mary on the treadmill next to me. I have a great life.

Rode with Mike through the rolling hills of Burlington KY after our Crossfit class. Kinda cold and blustery! Grey skies and on the verge of rain.
Rode some rolling back hills with Mike after the class, and afterwards went to lunch at City BBQ with Mike, where it started to rain. Went back to the CF place to pick up my car, then home. Wiped down bike from the stupid rain, then back out to Sam's Club, then pick up kids and home for homework and such. Time to make the dinner and perhaps have a sip of vino....sip...hahaha..I'm so funny.

Getting ready for my first Ultra with this run. Hoping THIS run, along with my recent IM training will carry me through. We will see.
