Good class. Went with Mary, which is always a bonus!!!! Dan was the instructor, and what he lacks in a plan, he makes up for in personality and humor. I wasn't looking for a nut buster anyhow, just a recovery type of workout.
Fun day with Mary hanging out, as she played hooky from work. Got in a workout. Put together a flyer for my upcoming boot camps! Ye Ha! Picked up Conor and had a Parent/teacher conference. He is doing awesome! Erin started her first violin lesson today, then we all met at Dewy's Pizza, ate and split up again, as I had to take Conor to Basketball practice and Erin had to get home to get ready for a Halloween party, which we will have to pick her up from LATE tonight. I suppose that's better than some boy bringing her home at LATEoClock. Ahhhhh, just a few more years!

Wall Ball and Pullups
WOW, that hurt so Gooooooooood!
Went to Crossfit with Kurt and Haley, as well as first timer Mike Rath! Yea for a good group! Had a really hard and demanding workout which I will feel for a few days, especially since I'm not completely recovered from my last race. Went to lunch with the above gang at City Barbeque. YUMMY STUFF! Then I took off with Haley and Kurt to Halloween Express. They needed costumes for a race. Then next door to Barnes and Nobel, for some slightly substandard mochas. Talked for a bit, then parted ways.

Legs are still pretty rough, so an easy/moderate spin on recumbent bike at the gym.
Did 6 sets to get back into the swing of lifting. Not gonna hit it hard until next week.

Ok. Legs are still pretty sore, and sleeping has been an issue because of that. Felt like if I got stuff moving, it might work the soreness out. I think that is working so far. Maybe more swimming......
Was gonna try Crossfit tomorrow, but I'm not sure I'm really ready for that yet, much to my chagrin. Grrrrrrrrrrrr.
