Started out at a 8mm, then slowly bumped it to a 7:35, which I'm declaring to be my LSD pace in light of my goal pace for Thanksgiving Day Race. I want to freaking blown that sucker away this year. AWAY!
P90X Chest and Back: Trained Katie today, and since I did this workout yesterday, I just did this one half way, more for demo purposes. Just claiming 20 minutes of this for myself.

Just a little dip in the pool. Mimi would call it a waste of time it's so short, but I just can't bring myself to do much more with no tri's in the near future. I'm surprised I did even this much. Not very AQUAmotivated.
Tough run, but that's what it's supposed to be.
