One Step at a Time...

Bonked. Too much coffee? To Much Tea? Not enough of this or that? Overtraining? Broke out in a cold sweat at about 30 minutes and decided to take the rest of the day off.

Worked out a tad with clients in the morning, and I think I may be overdoing it a bit.  I don't know. 

I still feel so much like a ship without a rudder.  So many things in life are in some transitional phase, but maybe "LIFE" is nothing BUT being in some transitional phase...and maybe THIS is "IT".   The seas aren't exactly rough, but there certainly is a strong current that I seem to be fighting.  I need some smooth water for a bit.  No drama.  Just some easy, dependable  and dare I say BORING time to adjust to life.  Ever since retirement, it's just been a bit weird.  Getting ready to get back on a big training schedule for my ultra at the end of the year, so perhaps that will help.

On tready next to mary at Better Bodies. I just felt wiped out, much like I have for the last few days. I started at a 8:30 pace, brought it up to a 7:24 pace, then the last 2 miles settled at a 8:20. Stretched until mary was done with her 12.

Did 3 sets pushups with 2 sets of flat and incline bench between. Then did 9 high X 25 standing jumps and tabatas.

Did 4 sets of Russian KB swings with
4 sets of 25 pushups between each.

Erin had her first track meet today!!!!  She ran 2nd leg of the 400 meter relay.  She was fast!  Proud daddy!!!!!

Helped paint the police dept today, then track meet, so did my little cross fit thing.  Minimum time, maximum benefit
