Just trying to work the kinks out. My lower back is not well today, and was hoping the swim might help. It didn't, buy it DID put my state of mind back together.
Trained and worked out with 2 clients today, so I'm claiming some of the time.
What a day. Took kids to school, but since Conor had an ear ache, I called his doc at 8am and he had an 830am opening, so right back to his school to pick him up and zip over to find out he has an ear infection (no big surprise), then zip him back to school. Went to the gym to get a little swim in, because my mind was spinning on what was ahead. 11am training with client went well, then headed straight to Boone Co court house to get officially appointed as Executor of my step fathers estate....then had the paper work filed, THEN over to another court house to apply for a lost title to his car....THEN I went to grab a lunch as the heavens opened up for some world ending thunder storm. Literally stuffed my face at MOE's and went to meet another client for a appointment workout. Picked up prescription, then home. Erin's first track meet was rained out, due to an ARK being built nearby. Time to chill.

PR. Took me 4 years to get another 5K PR in. I love it. Older. Faster. Stronger.
I much rather share my life here than FB, as I consider my BT friends, my closest alies. Life sure is interesting, and I watch and listen you you as much as I can. Some of my better friends I've met here, and I hope to meet more. You guys are the best.
