Did a Leg/Bi workout with clients, then some core.

I had a great day...as great days go in Kentucky.  Worked out. Had Lunch with a friend and then helped her buy running shoes.  Mowed a lawn.  Saw my kids.  Helped Conor ride his bike..  Erin was happy.  Spin with Mary.  Nice dinner.  Dog didn't destroy anything.   My life is better than most....Still not entirely happy.  I an SO gonna suck the life out of Florida when I 'm there....I'm sorry for you Florida...there will be so much less of you there after I use you  up in a few weeks.  I need you bad.

    Worked out lightly with client and then did another CORE workout, same as last night.

    Went to pick up bike, but the guy  who put it back together wasn't familiar with TRI bikes and put the shifters where the brakes go and breaks where the shifters go.  THEN we discovered that the brake levers didn't fit on the ends of the new bars, so  have to order new brake levers.  It's always something.

    Kudos to those who can write a book here every day.  I wish I could anymore....just not feeling it lately.  I miss my extended BT time.  I miss a lot of shit.  Life was supposed to change for the better...but it just got different....I need a phucking vacation, and soon I will get one...and I will suck the life out of it.

    I had a race that started in Independence at 11, so I decided to run to the race start. It was overcast and cool when I started, so I wore a long sleeve over my short sleeve. I got about 6 miles in and it started to mist and get cooler. By mile 7, it was all out raining and the temp continued to drop and the wind was picking up. The rest of the run was wet and cold. Good training, but it didn't make it suck any less. Got to the race start at about 10:15 and stood in the cold until Mary showed up with dry stuff.

    Ouch.
    I conflicted with a client, so I was at the gym and decided to get a little run in anyhow. Wore Vibrams on treadmills and was feeling good UNTIL I got this crazy back spasm about mid back that felt like mike tyson double punched me. Took the breath out of me and bent me over. It actually felt like my ribs snapped. I took a few slow breaths to actually see if I felt bones crunching against each other. I had this back issue last week, and it was almost fixed, but it seems to have come back in spades. No more running today...or much of anything else. Geez Louise!

    I don't see any training taking place today.  Life is busy today.
