One Step at a Time...

Supposed to swim, but was so wiped out from yesterday, and bad eating, that I had Zero energy , so I bagged the swim and decided on a better way to eat for energy.

drills: 4x50, 30 sec rest
main set: [400, 30 sec rest, 4x100, 30 sec rest (swim 75/kick hard 25)] x 2
cool down: 100 easy
Installed my trailer hitch and bike rack on the Explorer. Feels good to do this stuff for myself instead of getting pissed off about paying someone crazy amount of money to do it for me.
