Run was good. Could have run longer. Felt strong at the end with lots of energy. Wore a fuel belt and it left a great chafe on my lower back and lower stomach.
Ran with our running group. Slow but got some mileage in.
I hate the sets.
Dead Garmin. Crap. Had to use the iphone with no heart rate. First mile was 8:45. Picked it up to average at the end 7:24's. Not bad.
