Trail run with Coach Domantay and the rep from Fuel Belt. Beautiful day. I warmed up with 1.5 and cooled down with the same. The 7.5 in betweeen was all trails. Don't do enough trail running. Need more of that. Good chi.
I was stood up for my 6am session so I got in my own workout - 3, 1-mile repeats with a 1/2 to top it off. 1 mile WU and 1 mile CD. 6:10, 6:09, 6:08, 3:01.
