4 x 100 pull w/paddles (R:15) at a moderate pace
4 x 50 build pace with each one (R:15)
Main Set:
12 x 50 done as 25 drill/25 swim (R:10)
Using crazy ass paddles and fins tarzan swim quick catch drill
8 x 25 wearing fins only (R:20)
Odds are FAST/Evens are easy w/good form (emphasize high elbow throughout stroke)
100 easy swim w/good form
8 x 25 fast wearing paddles only (R:20)
Cool Down:
200 easy w/pull buoy only (no paddles)
