15min amrap ladder of 24" box jumps and pullups 3,6,9, etc.
misse the box and crushed my shin on round of 12. I am getting soccer shin guards! This will put me out of the pool for at least a week.

worked snatch in advance of the games wod tomorrow. got 125 a few times. failed 135 repeatedly. I think that I got the bar highenough, i just didnt fall under fast enough.
