Easy ride while studying for test later today.
still a little pull in the hip flexor/lower ab area. Passed right through zone 1 (14 secs), little more time in zone 2 (2:38) then stuck between 130 and 135 for the majority of the run. Picked it up some the last 1/8 mile. Felt good to run a little faster but need to work on running in zone 2 and below as it is almost impossible right now.
