Easy ride to pool and back home w/ some added mileage on the way there to spin the legs out and waste some time until the pool opened.
**Raised the seat on bike 1 inch** Will try for a while and see how it feels. Didn't feel I was getting close enough to full extension of hip and knee to get max power from my legs

Running = my nemesis
Stuck behind slower swimmers at the start.

M/S at slightly faster than 5k pace. 5:45 - .73 miles or 8:05 min/mile pace.
Felt good. Blister isn't totally gone from earlier this week, but didn't feel too bad today. Hopefully it will be totally gone by Sunday.
