easy jog. terrible windy weather so just 4 km.
I have trained only a little this week. Although my legs did not feel sore at all 2 - 3 days after the 1/2 marathon while doing common daily stuff, I could definitely "feel" them while working out. So I had just some easy recovery workouts as next week is going to be hard. it will be focused on swimming - 6 swimming workouts and on staurday whole triathlon (not race- just training). I am still very busy at work but hopefully I will manage to do all my workouts next week (have already everything planned).
