My workout season started yesterday with my first 2-a-day. I am trying to ramp up without hurting myself so keeping the volume/intensity low for the first week. Goal is to be able to workout on the hills once I move to NY for good this August. Four years in the flatlands of Ohio have made me weak on hills. This week I would like to see 5 hours of workouts - broken into 2 roughly 30 minute blocks per day. Next week that should increase to 7 hours of workouts - as school will be done and my schedule flexibility will increase.
