First run in temps over 70 degrees and I felt super sluggish. I took a walk break at 25 minutes. Ridiculous. I haven't felt right the last few days. I think I am consuming too much salt and carbs and not enough water. Time to monitor my diet to know for sure.
Trying late morning yoga for the first time. It is difficult to structure my morning around a 10am class.
