treadmills suck

legs felt great.. problem with a small gym is lack of equipment.. 1 treadmill. didn't want to hog it.. it was crowded in there today.. so had to cut run down.. ill run 4's over the next couple days.. then that it until maybe sat... that will be a 2 mile jog..

minor inclinces

run felt good today.. legs were a little better.. didn't feel any aches.. good thing massaged my it band all last night. tonight i will massage and ice it. need to do more stretching.. especially in the arches .. tomorrow is a 4 mile run, maybe a 6 on mon.. and a 5 on tues, then 3 miler..

first run in a while..
wore my new shoes..

felt good..

run was good.. can't tell i haven't run in a while though.. form was good. small pain on the left side of left knee.. maybe it band or the hamstring.. will massage and stretch it out throughout the day.
