run felt good today.. legs were a little better.. didn't feel any aches.. good thing
massaged my it band all last night. tonight i will massage and ice it. need to do more stretching.. especially in the arches ..
tomorrow is a 4 mile run, maybe a 6 on mon.. and a 5 on tues, then 3 miler..
