great workout today. felt awesome. The morning swim was good.. felt relaxed and breathing was smooth.. I started doing some bilateral breathing. breathing every 5th stroke.. Run, was a bear.. the humidity was high and was about medium.. so it felt like 90+ degrees. i had to institute some walk breaks to keep the HR in check. Physically i felt great. breathing and HR were a little out of control. hopefully i can get acclimated quickly.

The humidity was definently high today.. had to get out and do something today.. missed a morning swim.. i may run later on.

This started out as a very good swim.. 1:35-1:41 100s.. I was a lil leary of swimming. because i had a headache looming.. so i said the hell with it and did it anyway.. I got maybe half way done before it got worse. so i stopped. swim felt good though.. happy i went.
