Great ride today with shane and dave.. the first half felt great.. the second half sucked balls.. it was a head wind almost the entire ride back in.. I was solo. i couldn't keep up with shane and dave.. i was a hard pull to do solo.. my quads were screaming blooding murder.. i tried to settle but that didn't work... a gust took me from 22mph to 15mph..
the run afterwards was good initially.. felt good.. started getting some tightness in the calves.. but i cranked through.. i took some short 20 sec walk breaks.. felt good though..

short run.. led a group run from gym.. so went a little shorter than i wanted.

I was suppose to do 1700.. ran out of time.. felt great today in the pool.. it seems like it take about 900 meters of swimming for me to loosen up. after that i can swim comfortable. crazy..
run was good. I led a group run from the Y, so did get the time in.. I have to run again tomorrow. ill try and get my time then.. if i feel good, ill add some time on to run..
seems that morning swims are the best for me.. so i need to get in the morning to get it done.
